Every-bocce loves opera – right?!
On Sunday, August 28, Flipside Opera & Art Song Collective hosts their 2022 fundraiser: an afternoon of Italian opera with a side of bocce ball – la dolce vita!
The sweet sounds of Italian opera and song from some of Winnipeg’s finest musicians will serenade you throughout the afternoon as you enjoy refreshments from Little Brown Jug Brewing Company on the Norwood Community Centre’s large deck. The event will also include a 50/50 draw, cash bar, and summer afternoon socializing with old and new friends.
Bocce ball aficionados and first-timers alike can enjoy competing for prizes from Manitoba Opera, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and Little Brown Jug Brewing Company – but hurry, limited spots are available only until Thursday, August 25!
